These Terms of Use govern your use of the Motorae website and, where applicable, Motorae services.

By accessing or using Motorae, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

Motorae is currently in development, and portions of these Terms will be updated before public accounts and the full application are launched.

2. About Motorae

Motorae is a motorsports discovery service intended to help users discover information about motorsport events, tracks, venues, series, organizations, teams, drivers, schedules, and related activities.

Motorae is initially focused on the Pacific Northwest and Western United States.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Motorae is not the official organizer, sanctioning body, registration provider, timing provider, or operator of events displayed through the service.

3. Development Status

Motorae is currently under development.

Features may be:

• Added
• Removed
• Changed
• Temporarily unavailable
• Incomplete
• Experimental

Information appearing on the pre-launch website should not be interpreted as a promise that a particular feature will be available in the final application.

4. Event Information

Motorsport schedules and event information can change.

Motorae may display information obtained from organizers, sanctioning bodies, registration providers, tracks, series, public sources, APIs, or other authorized sources.

Although Motorae aims to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Always verify important information with the official event organizer or source before registering, traveling, purchasing equipment, paying fees, or making other decisions based on an event listing.

5. Registration and Participation

Motorae is not currently intended to replace official event registration systems.

If Motorae links to a registration provider or organizer, registration is completed under that third party's own terms and policies.

Displaying a driver, team, event, organization, venue, or registration provider within Motorae does not mean that Motorae operates, controls, or guarantees that person's or organization's activities.

6. No Endorsement or Partnership

References to third-party organizations, providers, venues, trademarks, series, teams, or services do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, partnership, or affiliation with Motorae unless expressly stated.

Motorae may provide attribution or source links where required or appropriate.

7. Age and Future Accounts

The current website does not provide public Motorae account creation.

Motorae currently intends to require users to be at least 13 years old to create an account when accounts become available.

Before public accounts launch, Motorae will finalize its age-screening, children's privacy, account eligibility, and related compliance requirements.

If the final eligibility requirements change before launch, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

8. Future User Accounts

When Motorae accounts become available, users may be responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Using their account only for lawful purposes
• Not attempting to access another person's account
• Not interfering with Motorae's systems or security

Additional account terms may be added before account creation launches.

10. Intellectual Property

Motorae's original branding, interface, software, design, text, graphics, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Motorae, except where otherwise indicated.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, event information, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of third-party intellectual property displayed or referenced through Motorae.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Motorae may link to or integrate with third-party services, including:

• Event organizers
• Sanctioning organizations
• Tracks and venues
• Registration platforms
• Timing or results providers
• Other motorsport websites

Motorae does not control those services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, and practices.

12. Driver and Team Information

Motorae may display factual information about drivers and teams where supported by authorized motorsport sources.

Such information may include event participation, entry information, class, car number, team affiliation, or similar motorsport facts.

Motorae does not guarantee that every entry, lineup, team affiliation, or participation status will remain unchanged.

Where possible, users should refer to the linked official source for the latest information.

14. Availability

Motorae is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Motorae does not make guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of information displayed through the service.

Motorsport activities can involve significant risks. Motorae does not provide safety, driving, medical, engineering, licensing, insurance, or event-eligibility advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing and following the requirements, rules, safety procedures, and instructions of the applicable organizer, venue, sanctioning organization, and governing authority.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Motorae and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Motorae.

This includes losses resulting from reliance on event information, schedule changes, cancelled events, third-party services, or information supplied by external sources.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
